Plain terms for a personal portfolio. Using this site means you accept them.
The short version
- Read it, share it, take inspiration from it.
- Don't copy the writing or the images wholesale and pass them off as yours.
- The demos are demos. Don't rely on them for anything that matters.
- Nothing here is professional advice, and nothing here is a contract for work.
What this site is
A personal portfolio belonging to Anchit Tandon, showing past work, independent projects and writing. It is provided free, for information. It is not a product, not a service, and not an offer to enter into a contract.
What you may do
You may read, link to, quote with attribution, and share anything on this site. You may take ideas from it freely.
What you may not do
- Republish substantial parts of the writing, design or images as your own work.
- Use the content to train a model for commercial resale without asking first.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its API endpoints.
- Use any form, chat or contact route here to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
The text, design and original images are mine and remain mine. Logos and trademarks of other companies mentioned, employers, clients and third-party products, belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe the work.
The demos and AI features
Several projects linked here are live demonstrations. They are experiments, not products. They may be unavailable, may change without notice, and may be withdrawn.
The chatbot on this site is generated by a large language model. It can be wrong, including confidently wrong. Do not treat anything it says as fact about me, my work, my availability or my rates without confirming it with me directly. Where a generated answer and a page on this site disagree, the page is correct.
Do not enter confidential, personal or sensitive information into any demo here.
Accuracy
I try to keep figures, dates and claims accurate and traceable. Things still go out of date. If you spot something wrong, tell me and I will fix it.
Not advice, not an engagement
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or business advice. Describing availability for freelance or consulting work is not an offer and creates no obligation on either side. Any actual engagement would be covered by its own written agreement.

This site links to third-party sites and services. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Liability
This site and everything on it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it or relying on it, including where a demo is unavailable or produces an incorrect result.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
